Justin Grace (Owner/Manager)

A renowned and talented track cyclist, Justin is a 13 time National Champion and has represented New Zealand at numerous Commonwealth Games. With twenty years of international racing experience, Justin has earned himself a reputation for super-toughness, gaining plenty of knowledge and a plethora of stories to share.

Jesse Voza (Sales Manager)

JUST ARRIVED - Imported Goods from the Caribbean!
Drop by the store and meet the newest member of the Calibre crew.

James Brosnahan (Sales Assistant)

With the gift of the gab and ability to not ever look busy, James can re-enact entire comedic shows while riding children's bikes around the store. James has just finished his degree at Auckland Uni and is responsible for the Calibre Newsletter and the Saturday Shop Ride.

Laura Justice (Part Time Sales Assistant)

Upon discovering that communication is the key to successful relationships, Laura decided to get a degree in it. While studying at AUT, majoring in Advertising and how to talk to boys, Laura works part time at Calibre. With a love for road cycling and triathlon, she offers a female perspective on the sports.

Jono Bass (Part Time Fixer)

A budding track cyclist, Jono enjoys barefoot walks along the beach, lycra and hair gel. Jono spends his days training, working at Calibre and weeding his grandparents' lawn. Ah bless.

Murray Grace (The Don)

With more knowledge and experience than the average bear, Murray has been actively involved in the competitive cycling scene for over fifty years. When he's not keeping busy as Justin's dad, Murray can be found riding the climbs featured in the Tour de France or helping out around the store.

Alistair 'Wee Man' Billing (Rent-A-Boy/Lackey)

Another part time student, Alistair works after school during the week. With a passion for learning, mischief and female cyclists, Alistair looks after the shops day to day upkeep.
